1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ApplicantSync ("the Service"), operated by Klizos Ventures, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ApplicantSync is a free Chrome Extension that provides LinkedIn job posters with tools to access and export their job applicant data. We built this tool to give people the freedom to access and export data from LinkedIn jobs they pay to advertise. The service allows users to:

• Extract resumes, contact information, and application data from their LinkedIn job posts
• Export candidate data to Excel/CSV formats for their own use
• Process both current and historical job applications
• Streamline the candidate filtering process (reducing 3-10 minutes per resume to seconds)
• Integrate with partner services like Interview Screener and AI Headhunter

3. User Responsibilities and Liability

Important: You are technically liable for your use of this tool. You use your personal LinkedIn login to capture data, and we do not have access to your LinkedIn account. By using ApplicantSync, you agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate recruiting and hiring purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy and employment
• Take full responsibility for data extraction and usage through your LinkedIn account
• Handle extracted data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
• Not use the service to spam, harass, or inappropriately contact candidates
• Not attempt to circumvent or interfere with the service's security measures
• Verify your email and contact information to maintain account access

4. Data Collection and Sharing

How We Keep This Service Free: We use resumes, hiring data, and related information to help our third-party partners model their algorithms and improve recruiting technology. This data sharing is how we can provide this service for free.

Data We Collect and Share:

• Resume data and candidate information you extract
• Your email, phone, LinkedIn profile, work history, and hiring history
• Publicly available information from LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Job posting data and hiring patterns

Third-Party Partners: We share data with third-party affiliates including Interview Screener (our preferred partner), AI Headhunter, and other recruiting technology providers. This helps improve their services and provides value to the recruiting community.

5. Data Enrichment and Marketing

By signing up, you understand and consent that we will enrich data about you, including:

• Your professional background and work history
• Jobs you hire for and hiring patterns
• Company information and industry data
• Publicly available social media and professional information

We will use this information to advertise or offer you other services that we believe will help save you money, time, and achieve your hiring goals.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Data Hosting: We are not responsible for long-term hosting of extracted data. While we provide you with a reasonable amount of time to access your data, if costs become too high, we reserve the right to delete any data from our database at any time.

Account Deletion: We may delete your profile and data at any time if you do not verify your email, contact information, or if you are not actively using the product.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Abuse of the system or violation of these terms
• Failure to verify email or contact information
• Inactive use of the product
• Any behavior we deem inappropriate or harmful

Termination may occur immediately without prior notice or liability.

8. LinkedIn Relationship

ApplicantSync is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn® is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Similar tools exist in the market (such as EvaBoot) that provide data extraction capabilities.

9. Service Availability and Warranties

ApplicantSync is provided "as-is" as a free service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may offer additional enrichment services, but our primary focus is recommending other service providers and helping port data to those providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Klizos Ventures, ApplicantSync, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Legal Disputes and Jurisdiction

Mediation Requirement: Any legal disputes must first go through mediation before litigation.

Jurisdiction: Klizos Ventures operates companies in the USA, Vietnam, and India. We reserve the right to choose the country and court for legal representation in any disputes.

By accepting these terms, you agree to these jurisdiction and mediation requirements.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
